Isla Fisher is Rebecca Bloomwood in the new movie "Confessions of a Shopaholic." Yes, dear readers, Sophie Kinsella's best selling novel has now a film adaptation. Disney is releasing the movie in theaters on February 13, 2009. In the Philippines, however, the movie will be hitting the cinemas starting February 18, 2009.
I can't wait to see this movie directed by P.J. Hogan (My Bestfriend's Wedding, Peter Pan). I hope Fisher gives justice to the role of Rebecca Bloomwood whom I loved so much during and after college.
